Finance Team Leader role working for a well respected Financial Services organisation on the outskirts of Newport.
Client Details
The client are a very reputable organisation and well seen in the South Wales market with a multi million turnover. Specialising in IT software solutions for corporate banks.
Description
The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Coaching and supporting team members and direct reports
Managing team performance in-line with client SLAs and KPIs
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes
Account managing
Monthly reporting
Identifying and assessing risks and potential breaches
Requirements
Profile
The successful candidate will be someone that has a background in FS or Professional services. Experience with KPI's, SLA's and ability to manage teams of up to 10 is essential.
