This role requires an immediate start Billings clerk on a 9 month fixed term contract based in Salford Quays.
Client Details
The client is a growing business based in the heart of Salford Quays. They are looking to recruit a Billings Clerk to cover a 9 month maternity leave.
Description
The Key Responsibilities of a Billings Clerk will include
- Raising and dealing with Invoices
- Dealing with profit and loss
- Cash posting
- Billing domestic and commercial customers
-Maintain and improve current processes and procedures to offer enhanced customer service
Profile
The Successful candidate will have/be
-Excellent letter writing skills
-Excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to respond to verbal and written queries
-Excellent knowledge of billing systems and ability to deliver on a right first-time basis
- Good core IT skills inclusive of knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Mail Merge
Job Offer
A Salary of £22,000-£24,000 + Holiday Pay
