Job Description & Summary

With PwC, you'll ignite a meaningful career while being supported by a flexible working culture, innovative learning and development opportunities and progressive policies and benefits, such as 18 weeks paid parental leave for mums, dads and foster carers (no minimum service!)

What will you create?

You'll help Australian businesses, not-for-profits and governments create value and improve the way they work. From digitising healthcare, to creating smarter cities and igniting our start-up industry, together we build trust in society and solve important problems.

Private Clients bring this to life by helping build and protect clients' wealth, and safeguard their families and their future. This is done by looking beyond the numbers and taking the time to understand our clients' personal circumstances and aspirations, as well as their business and financial goals.

Our Private Clients Deals team bring this to life by helping a diverse range of domestic and overseas businesses and Private Equity Clients from deal-concept to deal-close. Our team offers data driven insights that enable clients to move in the right direction, ensuring maximum value for their company.

As a Senior Consultant in our Transactions Services team your impact will be seen by:
  • Helping clients navigate through the ever changing commercial landscape through expert vendor or buyer financial due diligence or vendor assistance services;
  • Being a trusted advisor. Working with an interesting client base you'll develop long lasting relationships to support clients in their key business objectives or outcomes,
  • Assisting in the end to end engagement process. Working in a small, close-knit team you will have exposure to the engagement life-cycle and be able to build a strong profile internally
  • Building your career through access to engaged mentors and Partners that love what they do, a supportive team and leveraging PwC learning and development opportunities.

About you

You have a background in transactions services and are skilled, or have an interest in developing financial due diligence skills. You're commercially focused and passionate about understanding businesses and their unique value drivers. You thrive in a collaborative and innovative culture and want to join a firm that values problem solvers, the kind of people who reimagine the possible for their clients and key stakeholders.

Passionate about being at the forefront of change, you're ready to join our Private Clients team in helping private company leaders plan for business longevity and leadership transition.

You're collaborative and enjoy working in an innovative environment. You're a problem solver by nature and want to join a firm that values the kind of people who reimagine the possible for their clients and stakeholders. Most importantly, you act with integrity and show care for the people you work with.

Life at PwC

We're committed to building and maintaining a diverse workforce because we know it's only by working together that we can realise the potential of our people, clients and society around us.

At our core we're a people business, which means you'll be supported not just in your professional development but your personal growth as well.
