Page Personnel are recruiting a Credit Control Supervisor to join a well established Business Services Organisation, with offices based in Crewe.
Client Details
A well established business, with an international presence, are recruiting a Credit Control Supervisor to join their team.
Description
As a Credit Control Supervisor, you will report into the Credit Manager, responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the Credit Function.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: responding to and resolving escalated calls and complaints; manage high priority customer accounts; contacting customers via telephone and email to chase debt; manage monthly ledgers; conduct annual reviews on customer accounts; liaise with various internal and external stakeholder.
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Have recent knowledge of working in a Credit Role - Essential
- Have supervisory/mentoring knowledge - Essential
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
- Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel - Essential
