We Offer

  • Ensure timely and accurate production of NAV calculations and delivery including related bookings, valuations and reconciliations
  • Preparation of KPI and other client reports
  • Implement a key set of daily and periodic procedures and controls to ensure the accuracy and validity of the NAV calculations
  • Handle ad-hoc analytical/reporting requests (e.g. from Investment Managers and other external parties)
  • Answer queries independently and maintain relationships
  • Effectively participate in cross departmental projects such as fund launches, implementation of new law and tax regulations, structural changes and coordinate projects with limited scope

You Offer

  • You have a university degree in accounting, finance or equivalent
  • Minimum 6-10 years of relevant experience in a similar position
  • Deep knowledge of accounting practices mainly in Fund of Hedge funds; Microfinance and Private Equity experience will be an advantage, financial markets, and investment management industry standards
  • Good knowledge of investment funds and main financial products
  • Knowledge or experience of MultiFonds is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and French, German would be considered as an advantage
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • High level of attention to details
  • Ability to communicate clearly and accurately with clients, auditors and peers
  • You look forward to working within a team and have the ability to build relationships across the organization, work independently, build trust and collaborate efficiently with various partners
  • Excellent professional and client service attitude
  • You are a self-starter and a highly motivated person who is able to take initiative and make decisions
  • You show can-do attitude and flexibility and you are open to changes with focus on improvement
  • Excellent command in MS Office tools, experience in MultiFonds would be considered as an advantage
