  • Involvement in various strategy implementation projects ranging from capability enhancement (e.g., lending), segmentation or pricing with a focus on financial planning & transparency, progress monitoring and the design of incentive mechanisms

You Offer

  • University degree or equivalent qualification in financial management, accounting, economics or business administration
  • At least 7 years of relevant working experience in Banking or Finance, and at least three years of experience as a Finance Business Partner in an international organization
  • You are ambitious with enthusiasm and willingness to really commit in order to build a successful career within a leading European Private Bank
  • You have a proven track-record of both analytical capabilities as well as conceptual skills paired with project management experience
  • You are a committed individual who demonstrates a strong work ethic and flexibility, able to work autonomously, showing both initiative and a high level of reliability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to explain complex issues in a clear and understandable manner to senior management
  • Excellent MS-Office skills (in particular Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Excellent English skills; proficiency in any other Western European language (especially German and French) are definitively an asset
