We Offer

Liquidity Measurement Reporting (LMR) is a global team responsible for Liquidity reporting produced by Credit Suisse and its subsidiaries for the main regulators (FINMA, PRA, CBI, FED) and other authorities, as well as for management information (MI) to support various functions with regards to liquidity management. LMR teams can be found in New York, London, Zurich, Singapore, Wroclaw and Pune.

The LMR Global Development Team has been set up with the view to build a global platform to drive forward, manage and coordinate changes across a number of LMR work streams.

To achieve the multiple work streams that have been established in the team, especially with regards to innovation and data governance, we are looking for a competent resource who is knowledgeable in the field of liquidity/regulatory reporting and has experience in a change function.

Given Credit Suisse's dedication to further improving its capability and resourcing in this high visibility and critical risk management area we are looking to expend the team in Wroclaw.

This role is a great opportunity for you if you are looking to specialize around the growing world of bank liquidity management matters and regulations. At the same time, you would be required to be fully engaged in and become familiar and confident with liquidity management & reporting world, functions, principals and mechanisms. You will have broad exposure to senior management and a wide range of critical liquidity management matters.

  • Driving the bank's strategic initiative on innovation and establishing process efficiency globally
  • Understanding and optimizing reports workflows and establishing better controls in the regulatory reporting space
  • Assistance with audit point remediation with regards to development of reconciliation tool using tool R or Python
  • Working across various portfolios and teams to optimize processes, remediating issues and working on future enhancements

You Offer

  • Professional Qualification in Finance, Banking, preferably Chartered Accountant
  • 2+ years experience in Financial accounting/ reporting (US GAAP/IFRS), Regulatory Reporting and Compliance role
  • Knowledge of Investment Banking
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to take ownership and work with a high level of integrity and adaptability to changing demands and workload
  • Support senior partners to achieve division’s objectives
  • Be a great teammate who is able to prioritize daily workload around the needs of the team and the goals of the role and show initiative
  • Ability to manage work with strict reporting deadlines for internal clients in Zurich, New York, and London.
