Your main responsibilities in this role:

In this position you will gain knowledge and understanding of international financial regulations, as well as of financial products and services offered by the bank. We offer international exposure, a collaborative environment and direct contact with senior management.

  • Build relationships and co-operate regularly with Finance Business Partners.
  • Provide monthly headcount forecast to Group Finance.
  • Monitor all headcounts movements within IA Department on regular basis (monthly and bi-weekly) and prepare required reports and presentations.
  • Prepare management reporting which allows Managing Directors within the department to take decisions with confidence. This includes monitoring departmental costs and production of related reports.
  • Manage administration of IA’s co-sourcing agreements and act as point of contact to the function; monitor payments related to these agreements and calculate related accruals on monthly basis.
  • Respond to ad-hoc tasks and queries originating from IA’s Senior Management and Bank stakeholders.
  • Have the opportunity to be a trusted advisor and partner with a Global COO Team.

You Offer

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with the following qualifications:

  • Ideally, you hold a University degree in a quantitative discipline (preferably Business Administration or Finance)
  • You have 3+ years of work experience in business or financial analysis and reporting, preferably within the Financial Services industry; experience in internal or external audit an advantage.
  • You can contribute with your extraordinary analytical and Excel skills and precision in delivery.
  • You have ability to work accurately and reliably, delivering high quality results with high attention to details.
  • You have very good written and verbal communication skills in English (German would be an asset)
  • You are keen to work in an inclusive environment and excel at collaborating in a global team.
