• You will work in an exciting and global environment with the Data Analytics team within Internal Audit (IA), to apply your technical skills to help analyses large data sets and databases to support the IA team to lead and perform data analytics.
• You will collaborate with the data owners to ensure that the data sourced/used follows the compliance, access management, bank’s control policies, and that it meets the qualification and assurance requirements of the department.
• You will have to apply conceptual thinking through synthesis of facts, theories, trends, inferences, and key issues and/or themes in complex and variable situations, to tackle a diverse range of business problems along with diagnosing problems from multiple angles, using formal problem-solving tools and techniques
• You will seek out opportunities to improve, streamline, reinvent work processes through data driven solutions. In addition, explore and evaluate numerous potential solutions, maintaining balance between innovation and pragmatism when determining the best approach.
• You will be required to demonstrate personal dedication to change through actions and words, and mobilize others to support change through times of stress and uncertainty
• Display your good communication through conversing with, writing strategic documents and building/delivering presentations to internal and external partners.

You Offer

• You have an experience on Java Spring boot (Essential), JavaScript (Essential), React.js (Essential),RDBMS (Essential), Bash (optional), Python (Optional). Excellent grasp on Unix shell scripting is essential.
• You possess a 5+ years’ experience in enterprise IT at a global organization. Recent 3+ years hands on experience as full stack developer / lead
• You have had an experience in developing using core Java, J2EE, REST, Spring Framework, ORM Hibernate and RDBMS based technologies
• Expertise in React.js, Java and Spring Boot is compulsory as well as excellent work experience with RDBMS and ORM modeling
• Excellent hands on experience on RDBMS such as Oracle, SQL server is necessary and you should be able to work with complex queries on database.
• You should be able to design, analyze, develop, unit testing (TDD) and regression automation (BDD) to deliver product backlog for large and complex projects.
• Adopting and practicing agile methodologies including, but not limited to, story grooming, sprint planning, complexity analysis, standup calls, and sprint retrospectives.
• Adhere to firm-wide architecture standards, risk management and security policies.
• You are a great teammate and you have the ability to work in Global Team setup, product owners and business team to develop, build & support application.
• You can communicate and collaborate on development items with global team, as well as raise/work to resolve issues impacting development.
• Post-production application support
• Participate in quality assurance, peer reviews and code reviews
• Good work ethics, superb communication and dependable behavior
