You will join our newly established and growing Regulatory Strategy and Business Change (RSBC) division in our offices in Wroclaw. You will be part of the global team with over 100 professionals and SMEs in different locations (NYC, London, Zurich, Poland and Singapore). The team is responsible for the efficient implementation and delivery of all strategic change initiatives to ensure Credit Suisse Global Markets Business is able to meet all its regulatory obligations and manage its strategic impact globally. Currently we are focused on regulatory projects, but new interesting initiatives are on the way.

We offer:

  • You will be a part of a global function with footprint in Poland, London, New York and Zurich, reporting to a Team Leader, based in Wroclaw.
  • You will be supporting all finance processes for the CRO and Regulatory Change function, and business partnering with Group Finance and Divisional Finance and allocations teams.
  • You will take part for CRO and Regulatory Change in the Group Finance budgeting and forecasting processes, allocation to the Divisions, non IT capitalization, Cost Center structure maintenance, budget transfers and cost re-classes throughout the year.You ensure monthly finance process deadlines are met.
  • You will be building up expertise in the various CS Finance systems, running regular reports for CRO and Regulatory Change function to validate Budget and actuals as well as meet analytics and transparency requirements.
  • Supporting & training the other Business Management team members on the Finance systems and providing standard methodology analytics tools and data.
  • You will be working closely with various teams within the CRO and Regulatory Change Business Management function as well as with Change Delivery teams.
  • You will be working independently with the Team Lead and Head of Finance based in Zurich, showing ability to prioritize own work, resolving issues and reporting as appropriate.
  • You will lead or participate in ad-hoc projects and queries related to financial aspects.

You Offer

Essential Qualifications:

  • A University degree in banking and/or finance.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting function, preferably in banking and international environment.
  • You have an initiative approach and eagerness to achieve and implement change in a dynamic environment.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Hardworking, ambitious individual with good interpersonal skills
  • You combine a very strong knowledge of MS Excel with organizational and time management skills.

Desired skills:

  • Regulatory environment knowledge is a plus.
  • You are a dedicated problem solver with a positive, empathetic personality and can-do attitude who loves to take initiative to constantly optimize processes and focus on quality.
