We Offer

We are seeking an extraordinary candidate for this unique and exciting leadership opportunity within the Treasury FX team in Wroclaw, Poland.

As the FX Team leader you will have a broad remit to actively manage & mitigate the firms FX exposures across Europe and Asia Pacific.

This is a leadership role reporting to Vice President of Treasury Product Control with global touch points to senior managers across Europe and Asia Pacific.

It is expected that you will quickly develop into the global FX subject matter expert (SME).

You will play a critical and influential role within the bank not only managing & mitigating Credit Suisse FX exposures but acting as a trusted advisor on all FX exposure related matters across Europe & Asia Pacific.

You will regularly interact with Director level management across Front Office, Product Control, Financial Accounting, Operations & Operational Risk and as such will need to possess excellent interpersonal skills.

You will demonstrate an ability to communicate complex ideas concisely and effectively. Stakeholder management at senior levels is vital, and you will be expected to develop and leverage a network of business relationships.

Control will always be to the fore and thus you will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of a strong control framework (best practice control) and the application of consistent policies and processes across the regions.

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, technically-strong team leader with extraordinary interpersonal skills, a change mind-set and a proven track record.

You Offer

  • You have 5-7 years of confirmed experience in a financial institution with deep understanding of FX exposure management
  • You are fluent in English
  • You are proficient in Excel
  • You have experience in team leadership and people management
  • You are a self starter with a can do attitude, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
  • You are detailed oriented, have control mindset and analytical skills
  • You are committed to ongoing learning and you love to share knowledge with others
  • You have an undergraduate degree
  • Knowledge of FX products a significant advantage
