Bilingual French/English International Financial Controller

Directly reporting to the Group CEO, accountable to the Group Financial Controller and working closely with Divisional/Team Leaders throughout the Group. The purpose of this role is to provide accurate Management Information on which Business decisions are based and to advise the Individual Businesses on the interpretation and implications of this information.

This role is based in the Central London office but offers travel between London and Paris.

Description

The International Financial Controller has responsibility for driving the following processes and ensuring delivery of accurate and timely results, as well as the responsibility for assisting his/her own Teams in the production of the following:

* Monthly Management Accounts

* Monthly Rolling and Weekly Forecasts

* Weekly Cashflow Forecasts

* Weekly Aged Debt Reports - including Factoring reconciliation, to ensure accuracy of the Weekly Debt Report

* Running a training program for the Consultants on general financial knowledge and specific processes e.g. invoicing, credit control and cash allocation

* Production and presentation of Monthly results at both Team and Board meetings.

* Assisting in the Annual Business Plans

2. Financial advisor to his/her Teams encouraging good business practice. The introduction of Financial Models & Financial Analysis to aid and enhance the performance of Individuals, Teams and the Group as a whole.

3. Responsible raising Monthly Management Fees.

4. Assist with the Annual Audit and preparation of data for Statutory Accounts as necessary, responsible for delivery within strict Group deadlines. Ensuring Balance Sheet Accounts are accurate throughout the year and Intercompany Accounts are reconciled on a Monthly basis.

5. To align all processes and procedures with the Group

6. Leading the Microsoft Dynamics (Navision) Automation Project across all European Offices

7. Focal point for Tax Authorities, external Auditors and main point of contact for any Banking matters

Profile

• Qualified by experience, with at least 3 years' experience in a similar role

• * French Speaker is essential and additional languages would be useful

• * Proactive, motivated self-starter
• * Previous experience working in recruitment Industry would be desirable but not essential
• * IT Literate, Microsoft Navision (Nav 2018) experience desirable but not essential
• * The ability to be the lynchpin between the group and teams
• * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• * Strong organization and time management skills
• * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• * Flexibility to travel is essential
