Today, we stand as a leader in a competitive and ever-changing global market. We’re aiming to pioneer new ways to delight the tastes of tomorrow, so we know that we can never stand still. Luckily, standing still has never been our way. We are looking for an Operations Accountant to join our Finance team in Charleville on a 3 month contract.
What will the job involve?
- Represent the finance function on the ZBCO implementation team
- Support each of the ZBCO streams (Materials, Capacity, Yields and Labour) in data collection and processing
- Lead in the development of KPI's and system to ensure collection of data is adequate to support the timeliness, accuracy and reliability of the KPI's
- Relate the KPI's to current plant performance
- Prepare weekly ZBCO performance reporting.
You'll get involved in lots of other activities as well, whilst living the Kerry Values everyday. This role means you'll need to engage & influence wider business teams so you'll need a high degree of relevant business knowledge. And of course, you'll need to build a cross function network internally.
What does our ideal candidate look like?
Well at Kerry we look for people that really embrace our values and culture. Of course, we need you to have the skills to do your job as well but we will support and encourage you to continue your personal and professional development during your career with us.
- Qualified accountant or a person who has relevant business experience
- Looking for a short term contract (this is a 3 month contract)
- 3+ years’ experience in an FMCG environment
- Operations experience
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
Working in a fast and ambitious environment, you’ll be given bags of responsibility. You’ll be encouraged to try new things and run with ideas. You’ll work with people who really care about their work and each other; who pull together to get things done no matter what the challenge. You’ll achieve and experience more. And, if you roll your sleeves up and get stuck in, you’ll find opportunities to really stretch yourself.
Candidates must hold an EU passport
