As part of Financial Services (FS), Wealth Management Finance (WM Finance) supports the Senior Leadership Team of the Colonial First State (CFS) business under the Deputy CEO Office to manage and grow its superannuation and platform businesses, whilst also providing financial support to the advice business, advice remediation and divestment activities. As a Senior Manager in our Finance Business Partnering team, your role will provides strategic and tactical financial leadership to support our CFS and CBA executives. Your analytical capability and experience will help you to drive results for the business, deliver key business / FS initiatives and lead a high performing team to effectively partner with stakeholders.

Your key duties will be to:

• Act as a strategic adviser to your business, delivering accurate and timely commercial insights on performance information to key internal and external audiences.
• Provide finance and business thought leadership with a balanced view on sales, products and services, risk management, operations, the regulatory environment and industry trends.
• Support the annual business planning and forecasting processes, delivering consolidated views and scenarios to the business.
• Hold accountability for periodic management and financial reporting and related activities, ensuring the alignment between financial statements, board reporting and management reporting, if required.
• Ensure integrity of financial data and reporting by maintaining robust financial control frameworks.
• Use influencing skills to develop and implement strategy, collaborating with others both in and outside of your team to achieve common goals.

We’re interested in hearing from people who have

• Full CA/CPA/ACCA status with solid experience in financial and management reporting, expense management and analysis, and financial control
• Demonstrated experience partnering with senior stakeholders and drive results in a complex organisation.
• The ability to put a concise commercial lens onto complex issues
• Passion for continuous improvement, innovation and championing change.
