Description

Due to growth there is now an opportunity for a Senior Management Accountant to join the Finance team.

The role will manage 2 Finance Assistants and focus on producing insightful and meaningful management accounts for overseas subsidiaries, business partnering with overseas operational staff to ensure timely and accurate results are posted.

Responsibilities will include;

Manage subsidiary working capital

Effectively reconcile and resolve balance sheet issues

Integrate new acquisitions into policies, procedures and systems

Business partner with operations outside of Finance such as Marketing and NPD to provide insight into their performance and enhance their support

Support subsidiary tax issues, month end consolidation routines, year end audit and group annual budget process

You will also have the opportunity to be involved in a global roll out of a major ERP system, providing guidance and training to internal and overseas staff.

Profile

For this role you must be a Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with experience in Industry, ideally within a Manufacturing or Engineering business.

Ideally you will be strong on IT and have an interest in working with new systems, and be a confident communicator who can business partner in and outside of Finance.
