FinanceManager(长春工厂）

岗位职责：
1. Review monthly financial and short term forecast reporting from each sites and highlight variances, causal items and areas which need to be improved ;
2. Manage and give necessary training on Ti reports, control rules and some special projects such as Capex, CM analysis......
3. Complete working Capital Analysis and follow up working Capital reduction initiatives;
4. Fully involved in Compliance related activities on pre-audit.
5. Handling the annual budgeting and MTP process.
6. Involved in new projects screening and Capex proposal, check data on financial view and ensure the data with good quality;
7. Support FD on internal audit for ChangChun location to ensure that all controls rules and policies are effective;
8. Work with IT to work through ERP procedures and make necessary improvement on efficiency;
Other duties as assigned
任职要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above, finance/accounting major;
2. Minimum of 10years Finance/Accounting experience in MNC and at least 5years management experience;
3. MBA, CPA, ACCA certifications are preferred;
4. Excellent communication skills and good command in both oral and written English
5. Good Microsoft skills;
6. Experienced in ERP system (BPCS, MFG-Pro)
7. Experienced in financial analysis;
8. Experienced in internal control;
9. Experienced in China and IFRS GAAP;
