Job Responsibilities:-
- Provide effective tax planning solutions and implement tax planning initiatives.
- Prepare and review tax computations for group statutory reporting.
- Review tax provision and tax related disclosures in the financial statements.
- Review and advise companies on tax related matters.
- Undertake tax risk management exercises and tax related projects.
- Follow up with tax authorities for outstanding tax issues and submit companies' tax status report for management review.
- Liaise with accountants for tax information, tax reconciliation and supporting details for group tax submission and compliance.
- Keep abreast of latest tax developments and advise the Management accordingly.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or professional qualification (ACCA / CPA / CIMA / CTIM / MIA / MICPA) or equivalent with a minimum of 8 years of relevant working experience.
- Good understanding of tax rules, regulations and practices.
- Possess strong leadership skill, analytical skill and result-oriented.
- Strong work ethics, integrity, meticulous and self-motivated.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Klang.
