About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Continuous Delivery Lead to join us at BOQ on a full-time basis. In your new role you will enable the growth of our digital team by focusing on continuous integration of our build pipelines, improving the business growth every day. You will be innovative in your approach to integrate and automate tests over user interfaces, APIs and other technology platforms. In your new role you will possess strategic direction while working towards a forward-thinking technical environment. As the successful incumbent of this role you will have prior experience coordinating and deploying with release, change and environment teams.

Specifically you will;
  • Monitor, implement and manage our build pipelines by developing internal tools and work to automate processes
  • You will have excellent stakeholder management skills to assist the deployment capability to our users
  • Analyse failures and identify root causes in conjunction with developers to work on automated controls
  • Continuously improve automated deployment of BOQ solutions
  • Drive the deployment capability service along with the best DevOps practices
  • You will be required to mentor and lead the DevOps and developers towards continuous business improvement

Knowledge and expertise:
  • You will have proven experience with CI/CD tools such as Octopus deploy, Azure DevOps(ex VSTS, ex TFS), TeamCity, and Jenkins
  • Skilled scripting in Bash, PowerShell, JavaScript or Groovy
  • Skilled programming in C#, .Net
  • It will be highly desirable for you to have proven experience with frameworks such as JUnit, Serenity, Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG, Appium, PostMan, SOAPUI, and JMeter
  • You will have proven experience working in an agile environment
  • Experience integrating with ServiceNow, Splunk, AppDynamics and Azure DevOps platform
