Key Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for the day to day receivables management of customers ensuring that payments are received in line with payment terms
- Ensure all customer queries are recorded in a timely manner and accurately
- Maintain history of customer contact activity
- Minimise debt exposure
-Contact customers whose payments have fallen into default
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1 Year Credit control experience
- Computer Literate
- Strong negotiating skills and ability to speak confidently over the phone.
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Team Player
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Fluent English
