Assistant Management Accountant

Robert Half are currently working with an established organisation based in Swindon to recruit an Assistant Management Accountant. This is a 12 month, fixed term contract with an annual salary of £25,000-£30,000.

Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Producing monthly management accounts
• Providing performance breakdowns of office sites including the fee values, costs, new clients, debtors and WIPs
• Monitoring the profitability of these different sites
• Using management information to improve and develop content provided to better serve the business needs
• Monitoring bank balance and cash flow
• Creating annual accounts
• Maintaining audit trails
• Supporting business development by supporting all sales, marketing and networking activities of the company.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have…

• An AAT qualification or QBE background
• VAT experience
• Strong IT Skills, including an understanding of Pivot Tables and VLookups in Excel
• Proven communication skills and flexibility
• The ability to be discreet and maintain confidentiality
• An understanding that they may have to work outside normal office hours when required
