Robert Half Finance and Accounting are recruiting for a high-volume purchase ledger to start an ongoing contract with a forward-thinking electronics client based in Southampton. The role has become available due to an increase in workload. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will match and batch code, resolve A/P issues, and process checks. You will report into the Finance Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Logging, maintaining and filing invoices
  • Payment authorisation
  • Payment processing
  • Posting and monitoring petty cash
  • Investigating purchase ledger queries
  • High volume reconciliations
  • Processing personal and company expenses
  • Assisting with queries and reporting

Salary & Benefits

  • Circa £10ph plus holiday pay
