My leading Manufacturing client are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their small, busy finance team. This person will be AAT qualified and ideally studying their ACCA/CIMA. You'll be covering all aspects of transactional finance as well as assisting with the month end process. £20,000 - £30,000.

Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Bank account reconciliations
  • Ensure payments are made accurately and within the specific time frames. 
  • Processing expenses claims made via credit card
  • Using expense management system
  • Supporting the sales and operation teams with any client account related queries.
  • Assist with month end duties including accruals, pre payments and journals
