Description

This role is reporting in to the Financial Controller.

The duties include:

  • Managing a team of 5 accounts clerks
  • Reviewing weekly payment run and approving for payment
  • Approving employee expenses
  • Liaising with various managers on day to day issues
  • Reviewing and training AP staff on new processes and systems
  • Ensuring monthly timescales are being met
  • Completing staff appraisal's
  • Reviewing Daily cash positions
  • Reviewing AP and AR ledgers to ensure up to date
  • Ensuring ledgers closed at period end
  • Implementing new processes and procedures

Profile

The successful candidate MUST:

  • Have experience in a similar role - Essential
  • Be confident managing a small team - Essential
  • Have used SAP - Desirable
  • Be confident using MS Excel - Essential
  • Have excellent communication skills - Essential

Job Offer

This role is looking to pay from £30,000 to £35,000 per annum + Parking + Pension
