German Speaking Accountant

This is an exciting permanent opportunity for a German Speaking Accountant to join a growing business in Bristol

Client Details

Our client is a growing business with their head office in Bristol. They are currently experiencing growth due to increased market share

Description

The German Speaking Accountant will be responsible for;

• Rolling and posting Bank accounts on a daily basis.

• Check bank Balance for respective country , making sure there is sufficient fund for (Salary/Supplier payment/VAT/Tax)

• Maintain Excel Tracker for intercompany movements and all funds transfers.

• Querying any unknown bank items, to ensure they can be posted correctly, minimising un-posted items on the bank at month-end

• Delivering fully reconciled Bank Recs for all bank accounts to deadline on a monthly basis, with no uncleared cheque payments >60 months old and no uncleared cash receipts on the bank or the cash book >60 days that have not been escalated to the relevant BSM and the FC

• Delivering our SLA with our surgeries on the Banking Inbox, including ensuring all queries are responded to within 24 hours and all queries are resolved within 3 working days

• Client Refunds are paid and filed same day that we received on EBIS and send confirmation to LFC

• Post Manual Payments onto system the same day and filed away

• Dealing with queries and with Takings ensuring any banking process issues are picked up and resolved

• Being proactive in issue identification and resolution

Profile

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in an accountancy based role. German is essential as well as double entry skills

A salary of up to £30,000 is on offer to the German Speaking Accountant
