A permanent Accounts Administrator role has arisen for a growing Building and Construction company in Hemel Hempstead. Busy and varied role involving Accounts Payable, Credit and debit management, Reconciling Supplier Accounts and general Administration.

Full time permanent role paying £22,000 - £24,000 with excellent training and progression.

My client are within the Building and Construction trade and are looking to add a new member to their Finance team due to growth. They have many depots across the UK and are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their Hemel Hempstead site. The company offer great training, career progression and good benefits.

Description

  • Reporting into a hands on Finance Manager
  • Scanning and processing incoming purchase invoices
  • Matching and batching invoices
  • Dealing with invoice queries
  • Posting of Bank Statements
  • Set up/adjust Suppliers on the System
  • General administration
  • Employee expense posting on the system
  • Credit and debit management
  • Petty cash posting on the System

Profile

  • Ideally an AAT studier
  • Living local to Hemel Hempstead
  • Ideally some experience in an Accounting team, ideally experience of Accounts Payable
  • Team player who is able to adapt quickly
  • Proficient with Excel
  • Good attention to detail
