Finance Manager

Robert Half Financial Services are currently working with an Insurance Firm in central London helping them source a Finance Manager for a 6-month assignment.

The successful Finance Manager must have worked within Insurance before and be a fully qualified accountant. Experience using SAP would be advantageous.

The Insurance firm is an independent and international provider of insurance, professional and investment services. Their clients and portfolio include increasingly, specialist privately owned businesses and mutual organisations.

The Role:

As the Finance Manager, you shall work within a team responsible for Producing and managing timely, accurate and efficient financial reporting, planning and budgeting.

As Finance Manager some of your key responsibilities will be:

• Preparation of annual statutory accounts
• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Manage and control expense allocation and budgeting process and purchase ledger.
• Preparation and submission of tax returns
• Contribution towards the improvement of processes and controls
• Being the main point of contact with the external auditors during the annual audit preparing deliverables and answering audit queries

Location: central London.

Rate: £300 - £350 per day
