Role - Financial Controller

Location - Birmingham

Salary - £60,000 - £70,000 + Bens

Key Responsibilities

• Full Regulatory reporting in IFRS and US GAAP, adhering to SOX, including full commentary
• Board Packs
• P& L
• Balance Sheet
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Cashflow
• Tax Packs (Corporate and VAT)
• Treasury
• Fixed Asset Register

Profile

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA) from a practice background, preferably top 10
• Experience of UK GAAP and US GAAP
• Up to date technical skills - IFRS / FRS 102
• Proven communication, negotiation and influencing skills in working with multiple stakeholders both internal and external
• Established record in managing multiple and competing priorities.
• Experience of US multi-nationals beneficial
• Strong working knowledge of excel
