Here's where you come in
To support the growth of AustralianSuper we are seeking a Team Coordinator to provide professional support to the Finance and Operations Team. Reporting to the EA to the Group Executive, Finance and Operations your role is to ensure all administration matters are managed efficiently and to facilitate the smooth running of a large team.
In this role, you will:
  • Provide a high level of professional support to the Finance & Operations Leadership Team
  • Provide administrative assistance to the wider team by assisting with meeting room bookings, visitor registration, teleconferences and video conferences
  • Liaise with our travel provider to coordinate extensive domestic & international travel bookings for team members
  • Maintain the Finance & Operations intranet page
  • Assist with the collation of presentations and reports as well as formatting when required
  • Assist with the successful onboarding of new employees including system access, security passes and additional requirements
  • Reconcile monthly credit card statements, foreign currency and assist with the processing of invoices using Oracle
  • Support the team with ad hoc administrative support as required
You'll need
  • Previous experience in a similar role supporting multiple senior leaders
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to work with a range of people at all levels
  • Well-developed written communication skills including proven experience in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues
  • A demonstrated ability to build positive relationships and maintain a high level of professionalism when liaising with key stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to problem solve and think on your feet
  • The ability to use initiative and work autonomously with minimal direction
