The Role
Your responsibilities include implementing suitable structures for the funds and the group related to transfer pricing and other regulatory requirements, preparation of quarterly reports for all the funds, coordination of annual financial audits and liaising with auditors, work with compliance team to ensure compliance conditions including customer on-boarding and due diligence, and cashflow management for the funds.
Your Profile
To be a competitive candidate, you should possess the following: at least 10 years of experience accounting with financial control and reporting experience, working knowledge of US tax regulations, regulatory experience, and managerial experience. You must also be a highly-motivated individual who is strong in analytical, numerical and computer skills.
