An ambitious Newly Qualified Finance Manager is required to join a rapidly growing architectural firm.

My client has been established for twenty years and has grown by 65% over the last year. With a renowned presence in the London Real Estate and Property industry, they allow their employees to work independently whilst being a part of tight team. They have a genuine need in the market, which is why this business has achieved such great success. They are now recruiting a Newly Qualified Finance Manager to join their central London based finance team.
Role
The Finance Manager will report into the Managing Director and will be responsible for the following:
- Production & presentation of monthly management accounts including; balance sheet, profit & loss, budget comparisons and income forecasts
- Management of company bank accounts
- Cash flow forecasting & reporting
- Company budget production
- Project finance & reporting
- Monitoring company fixed assets, loans & leases
- Liaison with external accountants for annual statutory accounts
- VAT & statutory tax compliance
- Supervising part-time bookkeeper role
- Companies house updates
- Payroll, pension & insurance
- Financial analysis & strategic advice to board
- Continuous improvement and implementation of new finance systems
Profile
The successful candidate will own the following:
- Newly Qualified ACCA/CIMA
- AAT qualified or 2:1 and above from a reputable university
- System implementation experience
- Xero experience (desirable)
- Confidence to liaise with board of directors
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven Management Accountant
Salary & Benefits
£45,000 - £50,000 & Additional benefits
