The Role:

Our client is looking for a technically minded Commercial Analyst to sit within the Sales and bidding team in a listed multinational business. This role is a blend of commercial and financial analysis and is reporting into the Commercial Manager.

Key Duties:

• Develop and modify dynamic and accurate excel - based cost models for the bids/tenders contracts
• Quantitative analysis to understand trends and influence business unit stakeholders
• Commercial operations - Bidding, procurement and budgeting
• Building cost models from the bottom up
• Financial Statements (Bids)
• Advanced financial modelling (Three-way financial modelling)
• Potential travel needed

Key Requirements:

• CA, CPA, CMA, COP or equivalent qualifications
• Three-way modelling experience is crucial
• Very strong communication and presentation
• Advanced excel skills
• Advanced Financial Modelling skills (Three-way financial models)
• Extensive commercial experience (Bids/Tenders is highly regarded)
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Adaptable to a continuously changing environment
• Stakeholder management
