Enter sales orders receipts and invoices on system on a daily basis.
§ Collect payments (cash or visa) from customers on a daily basis.
§ Responsible for bank deposits on a daily basis.
§ Ensure the amount of money deposited in the bank is equal to the safe box amount on system
§ File all collected receipts and sales orders.
§ Prepare the receipt register report on a daily basis.
§ Generate the daily credit invoice report (for customer’s collections).
§ Perform store audit physical count (audit).
