A 12-month fixed term contract for a Finance Manager in the housing sector.
Client Details
Page Personnel are representing a leading organisation within the housing sector, with a main finance hub based in Bradford.
Description
The role of the finance manager will include, but will not be limited to, overseeing the purchase ledger, sales ledger and cash/banking functions for a group of five care homes; managing two staff members; handing over from an existing team in the North East; and integrating an acquisition into the organisation.
Profile
Candidates wishing to apply to the role should have:
- Previously worked in a similar role
- Be studying towards a relevant finance qualification or have a track record as a finance manager
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Computer literacy, including MS Office & Excel
- Some knowledge of the housing sector (desirable)
- Knowledge of SAGE (desirable)
