Cognizant is looking for a consulting leader focusing on the Insuranceindustry for Hong Kong market. The individual should come with strong consultingbackground and have insurance domain expertise and network. He or she will be atrusted advisor to our insurance clients on their digital transformationjourney.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Engage directly with Insurance clients on their most important andchallenging business and technology issues - addressing and solving theirpriority problems
  • Develop and implement strategies for improving business processes,practices and operating models
  • Work with clients to ensure projects meet the needs of the clients andtheir business and are aligned to the overall business strategy; manage keydelivery risks
  • Define and drive ‘As Is' and ‘To Be' process/operating model discussions
  • Support project team in constructing the business case and benefitsrealization plan, specifically analyzing the proposed solution to deliver thedesired business outcome and associated project costs
  • Provide client-centric consulting solutions; coaching and guiding seniorclient stakeholders on complex technology-related business issues
  • Support account executives to shape large deals / pursuits and to presentsolutions / proposals to clients
Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience working in consulting project teams, managing relationshipsat senior levels within top listed organizations or equivalent blue chiporganizations - in areas such as digital strategy, operating model design,process design, complex transformation and operational improvement

  • Strong background in Insurance Sector (From a Strategic, Operational andTechnology perspective)
  • Exposure to Insurance markets and/or regulatory systems internationallywould be a significant advantage
  • A strong track record leading client advisory, technology selection andsolutioning and a hands-on role in leading complex transformation engagements
  • Experience working with a variety technologies and platforms (digital andcloud based technologies, micro services / API's, and familiarity with Agile /Dev Ops principles / ways of working)
  • Experience building senior client relationships on engagements; to drivesuccessful outcomes, identify new consulting opportunities, and positioning /pitching for additional consulting work with clients
  • Demonstrate strong program management skills and the ability to managemultiple work streams in an agile manner

  • Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and financial modelling skills
  • Highly effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and theability to build strong relationships with a range of clients
  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to exercise maturejudgment
  • HongKong Financial Services experience, preferably including business processmapping & modelling, and/or designing and implementing solutions related toRPA
  • Experience in Large policy admin transformation programs would be anadvantage
