This position is a key member of the Global Accounts Payable (AP GAS) team responsible for leading a regional team that supports Accounts Payable functions.

Description
§ Manages the invoice and payment process including Checks, ACH, Wires, CTX and Direct Debits in a controlled environment and in compliance with internal audit rules
§ Monitors the Invoice on Hold and Invoice Parked reports to ensure invoice aging is current and invoice credits are applied
§ Develop special reports and ad-hoc analyses
§ Review invoice aging for cash flow purposes and analyze for dynamic discounting
§ Review each market's weekly forecasts of cash disbursements prepared by the AP Accountants and ensure amounts are communicated with Treasurydsadsfasdfsadf
§ Review staff's entry of invoices greater than $25K for accuracy, supporting documentation, and proper authorization. Ensure
Responsible for the planning, development, implementation, support, maintenance and enhancements of accounts payable systems including expense reporting systems. Collaborate with business areas to identify and assess business requirements for any future enhancements and then provide options, risks, costs and benefits for the appropriate solution.

Profile
• Minimum of 10 years of Accounts Payable or related financial experience including a minimum of 3 years of management or team leadership experience
Experience with Oracle or SAP. Oracle preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including English. Japanese is a plus Ability to address and meet the needs of a variety of business personnel Flexible/adaptable ERP systems experience - Oracle, SAP, JDE or similar Mid to advanced level Excel skills Proficient in Microsoft Applications Able to travel Globally Ability to effectively prepare and present information and respond to questions from management, clients, and other employees of the organization Highly motivated team player and motivated self-starter Experience working effectively in complex global organizations, satisfying the needs of diverse constituents, and often working under the pressure of competing and sometimes conflicting priorities.
