Financial Accountant

Robert Half Finance and Accounting (Financial Services) are recruiting for a Forensic Accountant to join a leading consultancy firm in London for a specialist project.

Duties for this forensic accountant position will include:

• Reading and interpreting legal documents
• Reviewing financial statements for the funds
• Interpreting the accounts on a forensic basis (from general ledger to audit)

The successful applicant will have the following experience/qualifications:

• A Qualified Accountant with 3-5 years' PQE (ACA/ACCA)
• Financial accounting or audit experience in the financial services ideally within private equity or investment management
• Strong understanding of fund/investment structures and how they operate from a legal and financial standpoint
• Experience of forensic accounting is a benefit
• Strong knowledge of financial instruments

Situated in fantastic offices in the centre of London, this is a great opportunity to be part of a very interesting project for a period of 3-6 months.

Salary & Benefits

This temporary role for a financial accountant will be for a minimum of 3 - 6 months.

The rate for this Forensic Accountant position is £350-£450 per day depending on experience.
