Job Requirements :
- Candidates must possess at least Advanced Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy Courses or a Professional Qualification under MICPA, ACCA, CPA or other equivalent professional bodies.
- For Audit Supervisor position, Candidate must have minimum 5 years of working experience in financial audit with 1-2 years of supervising and reviewing experience.
- For Audit Senior position, candidate must have minimum 2-3 years of working experience in assurance audit
- Candidates must possess pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal & communication skill, strong sense of responsibility & discipline.
- Possess good working ethics with strong analytical problem solving & excellent time management skills.
- Possess knowledge in computerised accounting / auditing packages and familiar with Microsoft Office & AXP.
- Required Languages (both verbal & written) : English, Bahasa Malaysia & knowledge of other dialects is an added advantage.
- Must be willing to work in Jalan Ipoh (Kuala Lumpur) and travelling for reviewing assignments.
- Open to Malaysian citizens only.
Job Description & Responsibilities :
AUDIT SUPERVISOR :
- Responsible for managing assigned audit clienteles portfolio and able to plan, delegate, lead & guide audit teams in carrying out audit assignments & constantly monitor their progresses.
- Able to evaluate the effectiveness of internal control, sufficiency of compliance tests and appropriateness of assurance procedures used.
- Ensure accuracy of of financial & operational records and able to provide timely solutions & reccommendations for improvement.
- Accurately reviews audit engagements, update presentation on financial statements & audit reports in a manner meets latest professional technical and ISQC requirements.
- Adequately identifies audit risks & problems, able to form audit findings as well as conducting appropriate follow up actions to ensure that audit engagements are completed with adequate audit evidence and documentation.
- Able to manage multiple concurrent engagements within scheduled time frame and datelines.
- Establishing professional relationship with assurance associates, clents and relevant consultants & authorities to ensure that audit engagements' expectations are met.
- Work diligently with audit manager and partners to ensure the reporting deadlines are met
AUDIT SENIOR :
- To perform audit assignments on financial statements of various industries as assigned by audit supervisor / manager.
- To perform assurance tests, prepare & compile adequate audit evidence & ensure proper documentation.
- to prepare audit reports in compliance with relevant accounting, auditing & taxation regulations & standards.
- To lead and guide audit juniors on their audit assignments & constantly monitors their engagements' progress in order to ensure that the work plan is properly executed.
- To assist, liaise and communicate closely with juniors, other divisional personnels, clients and other related parties on all assigned work status & any identified critical issues arising during the course of duty.
- To manage multiple concurrent assignments within scheduled time budget & Datelines.
