Key Responsibilities：
· Primarily an Operational Risk Analyst, with elements of Market Risk included, you will report to the CRO.
· You will make recommendations to reduce or control risk.
· You will conduct research to assess the severity of risk.
· You will help gather data from other departments to maintain the risk register.
· You will participate in meetings with other stakeholders in monitoring ongoing risk factors.
· You will monitor existing risk mitigation strategies for the firm to ensure their constant performance.
· You will assist in the production of the firm's policies and procedures to ensure a regulatory compliant company.
