JOBSUMMARY: Compiles the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting process. Workswith all business functions to analyze actual results versus expectations andbuild accurate future expectations. Publishes monthly standard businessperformance reports and ad hoc analysis. Defines and implements standard workprocesses to gain efficient and accurate financial reporting. Performsfinancial results analysis to identify variations and trends that indicatepossible exposures. Includes Financial Systems.

Provideanalytical support to the finance business partner for the delegated functionalarea.

Monthlyvariance analyses versus forecast

Organize monthlymeetings with business leaders to review monthly performance and to discusspotential forecast adjustments.

Buildof the annual budgets

Monthlyreview to ensure Actuals are accurate and include accruals, etc.

Abilityto present to the L1 team lead

Managesubmissions to Danaher on a timely and efficient manner including supplementalpackages

Othertasks as needed – Eg FX rates load in HFM, SAP, SOX testing, Disaggregatedrevenue Ad Hoc requests

Coordinatewith other teams/departments to ensure data received is timely and is accurate.


Job Requirements



Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor'sDegree in Finance/Accounting and an MBA or equivalent. 1–3 years of experience

Experience in use of Excel Including Pivots, V lookups, etc.

Knowledge of SAP preferred particularly in FI and CO functionality

Knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management preferred (or similar databases)

Strong analytical and communication skills

Ability to work on a highly matrix environment at all levels

Professional knowledge and industry experiences within the area of FP&A

Ability to develop and leverage knowledge of how areas of the business integrate, as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the overall business

Has strength of convictions and ability to present facts and data in a compelling argument for business position discussions with the most senior leaders

Confidence to challenge internal business partners on business assumptions and plans
