The LendingCoin is a FinTech lending company utilizing blockchain technology in order to disrupt the archaic lending industry. Seeking a Senior Financial Controller who has the energy, personality, skills and brainpower to join a dynamic team in a rapidly growing company. We are looking for a results–driven and confident Sr. Financial Controller to manage and improve our organization's financial performance and direct our accounting operations. Duties for the Financial Controller will include managing accounting records, payroll, budgeting, evaluating and managing risk, ensuring compliance with regulations, running financial models, publishing financial statements, overseeing accounting operations, analyzing financial data, monitoring expenditure, forecasting revenue, coordinating auditing processes, and ensuring accuracy of financial information. Your strategic planning and exceptional numerical proficiency as a Financial Controller will aid our organization in maintaining positive revenue and financial growth, formulating sound financial strategies, implementing proper internal controls, achieving organizational targets, and developing financial plans that support organizational strategy. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, exceptional problem–solving skills, a flair for numbers, be highly organized, and have excellent leadership skills. The noteworthy Financial Controller should streamline our accounting functions and operations, provide financial analysis and reports, train staff on business finance issues, promote regulatory compliance, and drive income generation. This position will not have any direct reports until the company grows and meets goals. You will report to either the CEO or President. Financial Controller Responsibilities: Preparing financial reports Analyzing financial data Running financial models to provide decision matrix Monitoring internal controls Overseeing and preparing income statements Participating in budgeting processes Managing financial transactions Streamlining accounting functions and operations Developing plans for financial growth Evaluating and managing risk Coordinating audit processes Administer Payroll, AP, AR Weekly, monthly and annual financial reports Working with investors, banking institutions, and SEC regulators Additional accounting and financial duties as assigned by Executive team Financial Controller Requirements: Master's Degree in Accounting or equivalent Proven experience in finance management Minimum 10–years of experience as a controller in mid to large size companies Good communication skills Strong leadership qualities Excellent interpersonal skills Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals Auditing experience Compliance oriented Proficiency in accounting software Analytical skills International accounting experience is desired Real estate, banking and/or high tech work–related experience is desired 5–years of accounting software experience that is enterprise–level, not necessarily Quickbooks
