How You'll Make An Impact: The Business Analyst Manager, Sales & Marketing Operations is an exciting new role at BoxCast that combines a love of data, operations, and strategy. You'll work closely and collaboratively with the VP of Sales & Marketing, Direct Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, and Channel Partner Manager to provide data–rooted business recommendations on growth initiatives. We're building a scalable, predictable revenue machine at BoxCast, and Sales & Marketing Operations is a key function that helps our machine run effectively. What You'll Do: Gather data, analyze results, generate insights, and provide recommendations to advance sales and marketing strategies. Visualize and automate dashboards for sales and marketing teams Establish reporting and forecasting standards across the sales and marketing teams. Use SQL and internal BI tools to perform deep analysis on leading and lagging indicators Ensure full–funnel, end–to–end lead management visibility. Define a holistic HubSpot Marketing & CRM management strategy that supports data unification and access across our internal systems, and enforces governance and measurement. Manage the quality of Contact, Company, and Deal data within HubSpot, including driving data validation and cleansing initiatives. Own the creation and maintenance of HubSpot Lists & Workflows, as well as all properties and values. Assess and optimize existing sales and marketing processes. Continuously learn and evaluate new analytics technologies and stay up–to–date on sales and marketing tech. Utilize SEO tools such as Ahrefs or Moz to analyze keyword performance, uncover technical SEO issues, and discover keywords to target. Provide data–driven SEO recommendations to increase traffic, rankings, and visibility for boxcast.com. How You'll Display Our Values: Integrity: create strategies to illustrate how the BoxCast platform can genuinely help our customers Collaboration: work cross–functionally with the Marketing, Sales, Product, Client Success, and Finance teams to ensure alignment on data and measurement Judgment: be honest and accurate when reporting quantitative findings Achievement: focus on the great results that your work delivers Innovation: adapt quickly to the evolving needs of a high–growth business and generate creative solutions to complex problems Minimum Requirements: 4+ years of B2B experience with a proven track record of success in business intelligence/analytics, sales operations, marketing operations, or management consulting Superb analytical skills and technical aptitude Extensive track record of building high–quality and complex spreadsheets, models and presentations Expert–level knowledge of HubSpot and Google Analytics A strong ability to create data models and cohort analyses Experience with SQL, Periscope Data or similar analytical packages such as Tableau, Looker, or Chart.io Ability to perform ad hoc statistical analysis using R or scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, or other Exceptional problem–solving skills: demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, apply logical reasoning, perform quantitative analysis, and develop and implement solutions Adapt quickly to the evolving needs of a high–growth SaaS business and create pragmatic and innovative solutions to complex business problems Driven to define the right key metrics and analyses to produce actionable insights Excellent communication skills High attention to detail and process Nice to Have: Experience utilizing Ahrefs or Moz Experience utilizing PandaDocs Compensation Package: A competitive base salary Flexible DTO (Discretionary Time Off) policy Benefits plan including medical insurance, dental insurance, and more Two weeks of paid parental leave A newly renovated office environment near the popular West 25th St. area
