We are a Private Equity Firm based in London. A recent acquisition in the business services space has lead us to search for a CFO with significant M&A experience.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in
Preparing businesses for sale to trade, IPO or PE from a CFO perspective
Support the CEO in developing and overseeing of pre and post integration plans
Construct and maintain robust, scaleable financial controls
Play a key role in appraising bolt on acquisitions At least 5 years experience as an FD or CFO. ACCA/ACA qualification is a minimum prereq. Willingness to split work between London and the Home Counties. Experience with working with external debt funders is essential.
