Search is delighted to be supporting a medium sized business services organisation in the Cheshire area with a fantastic HR Business Analyst growth role within the HR function.

Reporting to the Head of Department, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR and departmental financial data analysis, data trending, data modelling and business analysis, assisting the Head of with business cases and transformational change across the HR department. A strong business analyst, financial analyst or HR MI analyst, you will be involved in a wide range of growth projects, building a new function from scratch in a small team of three HR MI professionals. The reporting and data modelling conducted by you will directly lead to positive transformational change across the HR division and the entire organisation.

This is a fantastic opportunity to use your strong MI and Data Analyst skills within a strong HR function in a growing global organisation. To be successful in the position of HR Business Analyst you will ideally possess the following experience:

* Advanced Excel user
* Expertise with Vlookups, Sumifs, Pivot Tables, MI dashboards etc…
* Familiarity and facility with HR systems (desired)
* Strong stakeholder management experience
* Demonstrable MI Data, MI reporting and (ideally HR) metrics experience
* Highly numerate with excellent English
* Ability to convey complex data sets in layman's terms
* Experience within a medium or large office environment (desired)
* CIPD (desired)
