  • Monitor day-to-day operations related to own areas of responsibility to ensure continuity of work.

  • Oversee the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes related to own areas of responsibility and practices taking into account international best practice, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.

  • Provide final decision in selecting suitable candidates to fulfil the needs of the departments under responsibility.

  • Oversee the team to develop and maintain approved Financial Affairs related policies, processes and procedures.

  • Ensure that the division follows all relevant divisional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner

  • Oversee the Financial Controlling & Reporting Team to develop and cascade Financial Controlling processes within Company.

  • Oversee the Financial Controlling & Reporting Team to ensure regular internal monitoring of all financial related operations and transactions.

  • Oversee the Financial Controlling & Reporting Team to advise to Divisions, SBUs and Technology Platforms to issue and receive financial documents to maintain adherence to agreed terms and plans.

  • Oversee the Financial Controlling & Reporting Team to conduct financial related internal investigations in cases of discrepancies with the agreed terms and plans.

  • Oversee the Financial Controlling & Reporting Team to develop and maintain a regular financial reporting system to monitor financial performance of Company.

  • Regularly report the Human Resources activities and progress to CEO.

  • Oversee the Financial Controlling & Reporting Team, identify internal development opportunities and ensure that these development opportunities are fulfilled.

  • Oversee the Financial Controlling & Reporting Team to develop departmental budget and acquire approval from CEO.

  • Oversee the Treasury & Investments Team to develop and maintain working capital, capital raising and treasury planning.

  • Oversee the Treasury & Investments Team to develop and maintain business relationships with banks and financial institutions on behalf of Company.

  • Oversee the Treasury & Investments Team to acquire internal and external financing, raise capital and conduct treasury operations in alignment with the long and short term financing plans.

  • Oversee the Treasury & Investments Team to develop payment plans and submit these plans to CEO for approval.

  • Oversee the Treasury & Investments Team to implement approved financial and payment plans.

  • Oversee the Treasury & Investments Team to develop and monitor realization of Company’s Investment Plans.

  • Oversee the Treasury & Investments Team to provide advisory to evaluate financial viability of new opportunities and investments.

  • Provide inputs to Senior Management about prioritization / implementation of new business opportunities and investments considering the portfolio of current operations, investments and new business opportunities from financial point of view.

  • Oversee the Treasury & Investments Team to monitor financial performance of investments and advise to senior management in cases of variance from expected investments performance.

  • Oversee the Treasury & Investments Team to develop and maintain investor relations plans and reporting

  • Review and approve investor relations reports and submit them to the Senior Management

  • Regularly report the Treasury & Investments activities and progress to CEO.
