About you
You have solid experience in corporate or institutional banking, leverage finance or debt advisory, with a proven track record in deal structuring, credit analysis and negotiating documentation of debt and capital funding transactions. You're excited by the opportunity to leverage your corporate finance knowledge to deliver innovative financing solutions for clients and working in an integrated team environment. Being commercially minded you'll enjoy being challenged and will have the ability to learn from a passionate team.
Passionate about being at the forefront of change, you're ready to help our Deals team deliver innovative solutions to our clients, providing advice and support, from initiation through to deal completion.
You're collaborative and enjoy working in an innovative environment. You're a problem solver by nature and want to join a firm that values the kind of people who reimagine the possible for their clients and stakeholders. Most importantly, you act with integrity and show care for the people you work with.

We're committed to building and maintaining a diverse workforce because we know it's only by working together that we can realise the potential of our people, clients and society around us.
