Temporary Billing Clerk

Robert Half are partnering with a globally recognised brand in central Southampton. This organisation has relationships across the planet, as far as American and Asia. The particular hiring manager we are partnering with requires a driven candidate to join their team. This is a for a 14 month maternity cover, therefore you will need to be immediately available for this role.

Role

This business has a range of revenue streams, some more complicated than others. Yet this particular operational finance team need someone too:

- Raise bills to customers as reminders, and new invoices.

- Deal with complicated queries that effect the total billing amount.

- Follow up billing information with the credit control team.

- Follow a detailed ledger, to ensure all external customers are serviced.

- Build solid relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure a good service.

- Make sure outstanding bills are communicated effectively.

- Record all information accurately.

Profile

The right candidate for this role will have experience either in billing or accounts receivable. Base on the nature of the business, you will need to have good reconciliation skills and a strong eye for detail.
