Description
Reporting to the Head of Finance, your role will be the manage the Accounts payable function and duties include:
- Manage the end to end Accounts Payable process
- Regular payment runs
- Employee expenses
- Month end accruals and prepayments
- Bank reconciliations
- Assisting with sales invoicing if required
Profile
Previous experience within an Accounts payable role essential
Financial services or Professional services sector
Studying for the AAT qualification desirable
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong Excel skills - must be competent with V Look Ups and Pivot tables
