The Expertise We'reLooking For

  • Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis experience in Health and Welfare, HR, payroll, benefits, and/or project management
  • Health and Welfare, Payroll, Human Resources and Benefits experience is desired
  • Strong knowledge of Fidelity's Endto End business process life cycle and a strong knowledge of data processflows, plan level provisions, and Fidelity HRS recordkeeping processes.

  • CBAP Certification preferred
  • The Purpose ofYour Role

    As part of the Fidelity Heath CareOperations organization, the Business Analyst is responsible for a book ofinternal and Client driven projects. He or she examines business systems,client needs and processes to document requirements, procedures, and addressoperational issues or process improvement needs to accomplish business andclient objectives. The successful candidate will be capable of executingin a fast paced, deadline driven environment.

  • Your ability to scope and estimate new fee for service project requests. This includes the completion of conceptual analysis to document current state, future state and all system and process changes required
  • Your ability to conduct walkthrough and review of business requirement documents for each assigned project and fix.
