Job Description
- Creation of company financial policies
- Bank reconciliation, Calculation of penalty
- Knowledge of accounting software, preferably Navision.
- Produce with month-end financial reports and analysis
- Post journal entries
- In charge of accounts receivable, payable and bank statement reconciliation
- Assist with audits
- Balance sheet reconciliation
- Work with the finance team on yearly forecasting efforts and budgets and keeping management appraised of performance vs budgets
- Manage the daily tracking of our stock and producing weekly stock reports
- Offer leadership to account assistants and train them on all areas
- Ensure the remittance of statutory deductions is done in good time

Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a fully qualified accountant with either CPAK, ACCA or any other recognized qualifications.
- Preferably a holder of a business related degree
- Minimum of 3 years working experience preferably in FMCG, retail, or a fast paced working environment
- Demonstrate leadership skills and willing to delegate to ensure efficiency
- Knowledge of accounting software preferably Navision
