The Company
Our client is an established brand in the Medical services industry. Currently looking to hire a results-driven Finance Manager to oversee a reporting and business partnering (M&A activities) portfolio.
The Role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will oversee group reporting, cash flow management, corporate finance, tax compliance and planning, financial modelling as well as being a key business partner to senior management in aspects relating to M&A activities. You will conduct feasibility studies, research and present business cases and present competitor analysis. You will also ensure compliance to accounting and corporate policies and look into areas of internal controls and liaise with external auditors and tax agents on statutory filling matters.
You will be an accounting subject matter expert in providing guidance and advices to regional stakeholders, and drive/participate in regional process improvement/ system enhancement activities.
Note: Successful candidate should be a hands-on and resilient team player. Longer hours may be expected with projects involvement, as the company is undergoing an expansion phase.

Your Profile
- Degree in Accounting or related qualification (ACCA)
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience
- SGX reporting and corporate finance/ financial modelling experience required
- Added advantage to have prior Big 4 exposure and/or IPO experience
